The Everest Region is by far one of the most popular and famous regions throughout Nepal. This is due to its unique and stunning landscapes and Sherpa culture, as well as the area being overshadowed by the world’s highest peak, Mt Everest (Sagarmatha). The Everest Region has a variety of trekking with multiple choice options for the trekkers.

Varying challenged, altitude and length. These treks can be tackled together or separate, depending on your fitness level and amount of time you have. Below is a 30-day itinerary that begins and ends in Kathmandu and includes each of the 3 most popular treks that can be done in this region, including; Everest Base Camp (10 days), Gokeyo Trek (12 days) and the Three Pass Trek(16 days).

These treks can be done according to these 30 days itinerary or can be separated and tailor made as per individual requests. Trekkers are invited to either stick to the itineraries offered by Karma Treks, or alter them as they please by adding rest days, flights to Lukla, extra sites and more.

-Day 01 – Arrive atTribuwan International Airport, Kathmandu

-Day 02 - Sightseeing around the Kathmandu valley.

-Day 03 - Drive to Jiri (187 km) by local bus - 8 hrs.

-Day 04 – Jiri to Bhandar (2,200m) - 6 hrs.

-Day 05 – Bhandarto Sete (2,645 m) - 6 hrs.

-Day 06 – Sete to Junbensi (2,675m) - 6 hrs.

-Day 07 – Junebensito Nunthala (2,440m) - 5 hrs.

-Day 08 - Nuthala to Kharikhola (2,020m) -5 hrs.

-Day 09 – Kharikholato Puiyan (2,700m) - 6 hrs.

-Day 10 – Puiyanto Phakding (2,646m) - 5 hrs.

-Day 11 – Phakding toNamche Bazaar (3,441m) - 5.5 hrs.

-Day 12 – Rest in NamcheBazaar for an acclimatization day.
